Who can take part
- You have urothelial carcinoma (bladder cancer) that is advanced and has been confirmed by a biopsy or cell test
- You have at least one measurable tumor that can be tracked by imaging scans
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- Your overall health and energy level are good enough for treatment (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can do light or moderate activities)
- You expect to live at least 3 more months
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are working well enough for the study drugs
