Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Advanced cancer (solid tumor) that has progressed despite prior treatments or you cannot tolerate standard options
- Good overall health status: able to care for yourself with minimal assistance (ECOG 0 or 1)
- At least 3 months of expected survival
- At least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging scans
- Adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, lungs) and no active infections
