Who can take part
- Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (the common form, not secondary Parkinsonism)
- Age 50–80 years
- Stable Parkinson's medications for at least one month (no recent changes)
- Able to understand instructions and follow along with exercises
- Score of 21 or higher on a brief thinking/memory test
- Parkinson's at stage 2–3 (some balance difficulty, but able to move around)
