- You had surgery to remove esophageal (food pipe) or stomach cancer with the goal of curing it
- You are at least 18 years old
- You can read, understand, and speak Swedish fluently
- You have a smartphone or tablet and can use it

- You do not have significant memory or thinking problems that prevent you from understanding study materials
