  • Diagnosed with endometrial cancer confirmed by biopsy (certain types: endometrioid, serous, clear cell, carcinosarcoma, or dedifferentiated)
  • Meets criteria for adjuvant pelvic radiation based on risk factors like tumor grade, depth of invasion, or lymph node involvement
  • Age 18 or older
  • Able to understand and sign informed consent
  • No prior pelvic radiation therapy
  • No contraindications to radiation (such as active lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or inflammatory bowel disease)
