- You are a healthy male, aged 19–54 years old
- Your weight is at least 50 kg (110 lbs) and your BMI is between 18–30
- You have no serious medical conditions, normal heart rhythm, and normal blood work
- You have not taken other medications in the past 10–30 days that could interfere with the study drug
- You have not participated in another drug trial in the past 6 months
- You have no history of stomach/bowel surgery that affects how your body absorbs medicine
