- You are a Singapore citizen aged 50–69
- You are registered as a patient at National University Hospital
- You actively use the NUHS App (the hospital's mobile app)
- You have signed up with Healthier SG and have a primary care provider at NUHS
- You had a mammogram before, but not within the last 2 years
- You have not been diagnosed with breast cancer
