  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You can attend two study visits at a clinic in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
  • You are willing to have two blood draws and provide urine and stool samples.
  • You will stop using all essential oils or botanical products for 2 weeks before and during the 4-week study.
  • You will avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, tobacco, and vaping for the whole study.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and have no major health conditions.
