Who can take part

  • Your baby was born between 28 weeks and 32 weeks of pregnancy
  • Your baby can be fed using the specific bottle teat provided in the study
  • Your baby may need extra oxygen but is not on a breathing tube after the first 10 days
  • You are willing to allow at least two bottle-feeding sessions for the study
  • Your baby does not have a cleft lip or palate, facial paralysis, or other craniofacial defects
  • Your baby does not have a tongue-tie that needs surgery, or any known genetic or metabolic condition
