TumorGlow dye to see sarcoma in lungs during pediatric surgery

This pilot study tests a special dye called TumorGlow (ICG) that helps surgeons see tiny tumor pieces in the lung during surgery for children and teens with sarcoma that has spread. The goal is to make sure all cancer is removed.

Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 17 years old.
  • You have a solid tumor that has spread to your lungs and you are going to have surgery to remove it.
  • You are not allergic to the dye called ICG (indocyanine green).
  • If you are female and could become pregnant, you are not pregnant and agree to use birth control for 30 days after the dye is given. If you are male and sexually active, you agree to use birth control for 30 days after the dye is given.
  • You do not have severe liver problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a known sensitivity to bright light.
