  • You are 18 years or older.
  • This is your first pregnancy.
  • You have a smartphone or device that can use apps like WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Forms.
  • You can read and write, and you have no vision or hearing problems.
  • You are at least 34 weeks pregnant (last trimester).
  • You do not have any chronic health conditions (like heart disease, depression, epilepsy, or asthma) or reproductive conditions that might prevent using birth control.
