Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are scheduled for a modified radical mastectomy (breast cancer surgery) under general anesthesia.
  • You are in good to moderate health (ASA I, II, or III).
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder, infection at the injection site, or allergies to the study drugs.
  • You are not severely obese (BMI under 35), and you do not have severe kidney or liver problems, or alcohol/drug addiction.
