- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- You are right-handed.
- You are in good overall health.
- You have not drunk alcohol for at least 48 hours before the study visit.
- You are not taking any medications (except birth control or a stable inhaler for asthma, for example).
- You have no current or past brain, spine, or mental health conditions.
- You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
- You do not have tightly curled, coily, or afro-textured hair.
- You do not have skin conditions or sensitive skin on or near your head.
