Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can give informed consent.
- Your cancer is advanced stomach or gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma, HER2-negative, and CLDN18.2-positive (tested by a standard test).
- You have at least one measurable tumor and are in generally good health (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting functions are adequate.
- You have not received any prior anti-cancer treatment or immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
- Your tumor is not MSI-H or dMMR.
