Who can take part

  • You are 65 years old or older.
  • You are currently requesting help at home from the municipality (like home nursing, practical assistance, assistive devices, rehabilitation, or a day care center).
  • The home care service you need is expected to last longer than 2 weeks.
  • You do not have dementia (or Alzheimer's disease).
  • You are not in the last 6 months of life (your doctor has not said life expectancy is less than 6 months).
  • You are not applying to move into a nursing home.
