If you have already had these scans and a biopsy, your information may help researchers develop a more accurate, non-invasive diagnostic tool.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a performance status score of 0, 1, or 2 (meaning you can care for yourself and are up and about more than half of the day).
- Your life expectancy is more than 6 months.
- You have already had a special MRI (mpMRI) and a PSMA PET/CT scan before starting any treatment or prostate removal surgery, and the original digital copies of these scans are available.
- You have had a prostate biopsy or surgery to confirm prostate cancer (pathology result is available).
- Your complete medical records include your pre-treatment PSA, cancer stage, Gleason score, PI-RADS score, SUVmax, prostate size, age, and weight/BMI.
- You agree to let us use your medical data for this research, as approved by your center's ethics committee.
- You have no other history of cancer, no past prostate surgery (like TURP), no prior hormone therapy or radiation, and no severe kidney problems or major organ failure with a life expectancy less than 1 year.
