Who can take part
- You are a veteran with a solid tumor cancer (any stage).
- You speak English or Spanish and can fill out questionnaires in one of these languages.
- You are currently receiving cancer treatment such as chemo, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy.
- You are getting your cancer care at one of the participating VA sites.
- You are not in hospice care at this time.
- You have a high score on a risk assessment, which the study team will check.
