Breathing exercise training for stress urinary incontinence

Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise)
  • You do not have a neurological disease (like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, or stroke)
  • You are not pregnant
  • You have not had abdominal or pelvic surgery or radiation in the last 6 months
  • You do not have a current urinary tract infection
