This trial tests whether acupuncture can help with pain, fatigue, and sleep problems in breast cancer survivors who are on hormone therapy. You must have completed your main cancer treatment at least 3 months ago, never had acupuncture before, and currently have at least two of these symptoms with a severity of 3 or more out of 10.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You had stage 0 to III breast cancer that is estrogen/progesterone receptor positive and HER2 negative
- You are currently taking hormone therapy (like tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor)
- You finished your main cancer treatment (surgery, chemo, radiation) at least 3 months ago
- You have never had acupuncture before
- In the last month, you have had at least two of these symptoms: pain, fatigue, or sleep trouble, each rated 3 or higher on a 0 to 10 scale
