  • You are 75 years old or older.
  • You have a solid tumor or blood cancer (any type or stage).
  • You are about to start a new cancer treatment (first time or after a break of 6 months or more).
  • You receive your cancer treatment in a daycare hospital (not overnight).
  • You are enrolled in a social security system and can give informed consent.
