Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are male or female.
  • You can understand and agree to the study in Spanish or English.
  • You fall into one of three groups: you do high-impact sports (like running or jumping) at least twice a week for 2+ years, you are moderately active (at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week), or you are mostly inactive.
