Who can take part
- You are willing to take part in the study.
- You are scheduled for a planned (elective) major surgery, not an emergency procedure.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your surgery is classified as major by Turkish health guidelines (categories A, B, C, or D).
- You can understand and fill out the checklist and give consent in Turkish.
- You are not having a minor procedure (category E), not in a vulnerable group, and not scheduled for same-day surgery.
