This study is testing whether a blood test called ProGRP can help doctors see how well treatment is working in people with Ewing sarcoma. If you are newly diagnosed and are about to start your first treatment, this study may help improve how we track your progress.

Who can take part
- You are between 10 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma and have not yet started chemotherapy or radiation to the main tumor.
- You are able to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG 0-2).
- You have no other cancer in the last 3 years (except a treated cancer with very low risk of return).
- You do not have severe heart failure, uncontrolled diabetes, active infection needing IV antibiotics, or a bleeding problem.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
