Who can take part
- You have a female or vulvo-vaginal anatomy
- You are 18 years or older
- You have never had surgery on your urinary or reproductive organs
- You are not pregnant, and if you gave birth, it was more than 12 months ago
- You can safely do a barbell squat and deadlift with 80% of your body weight
- You have no serious heart, lung, or nerve conditions, and no current pelvic, hip, or low back injury
