Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You consider yourself generally healthy.
  • You can read and write in Turkish.
  • You do not have epilepsy, seizures, or any psychiatric or neurological disorder.
  • You do not have heart disease, arrhythmia, or a pacemaker.
  • You are not taking certain medications (like antidepressants, antihistamines, or beta-blockers) and have not used recreational drugs in the past month.
  • You are not pregnant, and you do not have any skin sores or rashes on your scalp or back.
  • You do not have chronic low back pain, a history of a slipped disc, or back surgery.
