Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have an advanced urinary or other solid tumor that has spread or cannot be surgically removed.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are well enough to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must be able to provide a tumor tissue sample (old or new).
- You have not had certain cancer treatments within the last 4 weeks.
- You do not have serious heart, lung, or bleeding problems.
- You do not have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B or C, or tuberculosis.
