  • You have gut symptoms like diarrhea, bloating, or abdominal pain (irritable bowel syndrome type symptoms).
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You are not currently taking antibiotics or probiotics, and haven't in the last month.
  • You are not on a strict diet like low FODMAP or vegan.
  • You are willing to give informed consent and follow the study plan.
