- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You had surgery on your stomach or pancreas (like removal of part of the pancreas or stomach) within the last 2 to 6 months.
- If you had cancer, it was early stage (stage I or II) and you have not had chemotherapy or radiation recently (at least 28 days since last treatment).
- You have symptoms of poor digestion (like bloating, diarrhea, or fatty stools) and your quality of life score is below a certain level.
- You are not allergic to the study drug, and you do not have severe liver disease, active bowel disease, or other serious conditions that affect digestion.
- You are not currently taking other digestive enzymes and are not in another clinical trial.
