  • You are a woman between the ages of 30 and 70.
  • You can read and write, and speak and understand Turkish.
  • You have access to the internet at home or at work, and you can use a smartphone (your own or a family member's).
  • You have no hearing, vision, or mobility problems that would stop you from taking part.
  • You have not been diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder.
