Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have bladder cancer that has grown into the bladder muscle but has not spread to lymph nodes or other organs.
  • Your cancer cells show a certain protein (HER2) at a high level on a biopsy test.
  • You have chosen not to have surgery to remove your bladder.
  • Your overall health is good enough for the study treatments.
  • You have not had radiation therapy to the bladder before.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have not had other cancer treatments that could interfere with this study.
