  • Children aged 1 to 5 years old
  • Diagnosed with cerebral palsy by a doctor
  • Parent or guardian agrees to participate and signs a consent form
  • Has health insurance (Indonesian National Health Insurance or other)
  • No severe liver or kidney disease, skin problems with sun exposure, or severe malnutrition
  • Not already low in vitamin D (blood level above 20 ng/mL)
