Who can take part

  • You care for someone with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia.
  • You have a smartphone or tablet with internet access.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You spend at least 8 hours per week caregiving.
  • You have no severe physical or mental health conditions that would prevent participation.
  • You are able to read and follow instructions and are willing to take part in all parts of the study.
