  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) by a doctor.
  • You have had a lactulose breath test showing bacterial overgrowth or a 'flat line' pattern.
  • If you are a woman who can become pregnant, you agree to use birth control.
  • You are not currently on a restricted diet like low-carb or gluten-free.
  • You have not taken antibiotics or probiotics in the last 30 days.
