Phone support versus a written guide for shoulder dystocia training

This study tests whether additional phone or video support (tele-support) or a written guide (cognitive aid) helps healthcare teams handle a rare but dangerous childbirth emergency called shoulder dystocia (where the baby's shoulder gets stuck).   • You are a healthcare provider (paramedic, emergency physician, midwife, or nurse).
  • You work in teams of at least two people.
  • You are fluent in German.
  • You have not had shoulder dystocia training in the last 6 months.
