Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have a kidney stone in one kidney that is between 10 and 20 mm in size.
  • You are scheduled to have a specific type of keyhole surgery to remove the stone (RIRS).
  • You do not have an active urine infection.
  • You can attend follow-up appointments, including a CT scan 4 weeks after the surgery.
