  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are a current healthcare staff member or staff volunteer.
  • You have already agreed to use the routine dried blood spot vitamin D service.
  • You are willing to give all three types of blood samples: a finger-prick, an upper-arm sample, and a blood draw from your arm.
  • You can give informed consent and complete a short questionnaire in English.
