  • You are a woman aged between 45 and 50 years.
  • You are willing to take part in a 12-week program of facial exercises.
  • You agree to keep using your regular skin care products and not change them during the study.
  • You do not currently smoke.
  • You have not had any cosmetic facial treatments like Botox, fillers, laser, or chemical peels recently.
  • You have no active skin disease or uncontrolled medical condition that could affect the study.
