- You are a woman
- You are between 39 and 74 years old
- You can read and understand English
- You have never been diagnosed with breast cancer or pre-cancerous breast conditions (DCIS or LCIS)
- You do not have a known BRCA1/2 gene mutation or certain rare genetic syndromes
- You have not received chest radiation for Hodgkin's lymphoma
