Comparing MRI reading methods for gluteal filler complications

This study compares two ways of reading MRI scans to help doctors plan surgery for people who have had permanent filler injections in their buttocks. The goal is to see if a structured reading method finds problems more accurately than the usual method.

Study of gluteal filler complications

This study looks at tissue samples from people who have had permanent or unknown fillers injected into their buttocks and are having surgery or a biopsy. It aims to understand the tissue reactions and how these complications evolve, which may help improve future care.

Heat effects on removed buttock tissue

This study looks at tissue removed during surgery to remove biopolymer fillers from the buttocks. It tests how heat from electrocautery (a surgical tool) affects the removed tissue, which might help improve future surgeries.

Long-term effects of permanent fillers in the buttocks

This study looks at people who had permanent (non-dissolving) fillers injected into their buttocks, to better understand the health problems these fillers can cause over time. If you've had such fillers and are having symptoms, joining helps doctors learn more about your condition and improve future care.
