This trial tests whether gentle mouth massages after tongue-tie surgery (frenotomy) can help prevent the tongue from re-attaching and improve feeding in babies under 1 year old.

Laser Treatment for Tongue-Tie in Young Children
This study tests whether a special laser can safely and effectively treat tongue-tie (a condition where the tissue under the tongue is too tight) in children ages 3–6. The goal is to see if the laser helps the tongue move better and heals faster than other methods.

Long-term follow-up of tongue-tie surgery in children
This study follows infants who had tongue-tie surgery (frenectomy) to see how they are doing as they grow up. Parents will bring their child to a clinic once a year and take photos of their child's tongue.
