Cord blood therapy for thin uterine lining
This study tests if a special treatment made from cord blood can help women with a thin uterine lining (the inner layer of the womb) or Asherman syndrome (scar tissue). The goal is to see if it can improve the lining so it's healthier for pregnancy.
