This study tests FT536, a new cell-based treatment, for people with a specific type of brain cancer (WHO Grade 4 astrocytoma) that has come back after standard treatment. The trial combines the new therapy with surgery to see if it can help stop the cancer from growing further.

Optune with chemo and immunotherapy for new glioblastoma
This trial tests whether adding the Optune device (a wearable electric field therapy) to standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) and the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab can help people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma live longer. You may be able to join if you've completed initial radiation and chemo, and have not received certain immunotherapies before.
