Who can take part
- You must have a newly diagnosed glioblastoma that has not been treated before (only surgery and standard radiation/chemotherapy are allowed).
- Your tumor must have a specific genetic change called EGFRvIII (or another EGFR alteration for the first part).
- The tumor must have an unmethylated MGMT promoter, which means it is less likely to respond to temozolomide alone.
