This trial tests a cream containing two medicines (nifedipine and lidocaine) for painful, protruding hemorrhoids. The cream may help reduce pain and swelling. You can join if you have moderate to severe hemorrhoids that come out of the anus and have already started the cream in the last five days.

This trial is testing a combined treatment for hemorrhoids that are causing symptoms.
