Switching to guselkumab for inflammatory bowel disease after ustekinumab
This trial tests whether switching from the drug ustekinumab to another drug called guselkumab can help people with active inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) who didn't get enough benefit from ustekinumab. It focuses on people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis who still have signs of inflammation in their gut.
