This trial tests if giving the antifungal drug posaconazole as a tablet can prevent serious fungal infections in people who have had a stem cell transplant and develop gut graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), which is a complication where donor cells attack the digestive tract. It may help protect patients who need strong immune-suppressing treatment for GVHD.
