Fat grafting for breast reconstruction after cancer and radiation
This study compares two ways to rebuild the breast after mastectomy and radiation using your own tissue: fat grafting alone, or a more complex surgery using abdominal tissue. The goal is to see which method gives better results and quality of life.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for better fat graft survival after breast radiation
This study tests whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy (breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber) can help transplanted fat tissue survive better in women who have had radiation for breast cancer. It is for women planning a follow-up fat grafting procedure after breast reconstruction.

Fat graft with platelet-rich fibrin for breast reconstruction after lumpectomy
This trial tests using a patient's own fat plus a special blood product (platelet-rich fibrin) to rebuild the breast right after a lumpectomy for breast cancer. It may help improve healing and appearance for women with early-stage, hormone-sensitive breast cancer.

Common questions
- Are there clinical trials for lipofilling?
- Yes. Clin2 currently lists 3 recruiting lipofilling studies from the U.S. registry, each rewritten for real people, not researchers, so you can see what it’s testing and who it’s for.
- How do I know if I qualify for a lipofilling trial?
- Each study lists its eligibility criteria — rules about age, diagnosis, and prior treatments. On every Clin2 trial page we explain these in words written for real people and offer a short, optional pre-screen for a fit read. The study team makes the final decision.
- Does it cost anything to join a lipofilling trial?
- Using Clin2 is always free. Many trials cover the cost of the study treatment and related visits; some reimburse travel. The study team explains exactly what’s covered before you decide.
