Comparing compression pump vs. massage for arm swelling
This study compares two therapies for breast cancer-related arm swelling (lymphedema): one uses a machine that pumps air around your arm (intermittent pneumatic compression, or IPC), and the other is a special type of massage (manual lymph drainage, or MLD). The goal is to see if the machine works as well as or better than massage for reducing swelling.

Myofascial release for chronic low back pain in CrossFit athletes
This trial tests if a hands-on or tool-assisted muscle release technique can reduce long-term low back pain and improve posture in people who do CrossFit. If you have had low back pain for at least 12 weeks and do CrossFit regularly, this study may help you find relief.

Gentle breast massage after lumpectomy for breast cancer
This trial studies whether a special gentle massage technique (manual lymphatic drainage) can help women who have had breast-conserving surgery and will receive whole breast radiation. The goal is to see if it reduces side effects and improves recovery.
