Pembrolizumab for advanced throat cancer to avoid laryngectomy
This trial tests whether a drug called pembrolizumab (Keytruda) can help people with advanced throat cancer avoid removal of the voice box. You may be eligible if you have a specific type of larynx or hypopharynx cancer that hasn't been treated with radiation or immunotherapy before.

Robot-assisted mouth and throat surgery for head and neck tumors
This trial studies using a robot-assisted operation through the mouth to diagnose or treat certain non-cancer (benign) and cancer (malignant) tumors in the head and neck. It may help some people avoid more invasive surgery by using an approach that reaches the throat and voice box area through the mouth.
