This Phase 3 trial tests whether a 0.1% RGN-259 eye drop can safely improve a stubborn corneal wound in adults with neurotrophic keratopathy (nerve-related corneal healing problems). You may qualify if you still have an eye surface defect after at least a week of standard treatments, and you meet specific measurements for corneal sensitivity and vision.
